Born in 1938, Arthur David began his working life in Somerset working in agriculture before moving to Bristol to marry his wife Diane.
It was after this move that Diane’s Dad invited Arthur to work with him in their green grocers business. It wasn’t long after that Arthur set up his own company A. David and CO. in 1962.
And the rest, as they say, is history. Arthur’s story is one of emotion, hard work and above all, family
