Arthur David Food with Service, are an award-winning family business who specialise in supplying an impressive range of fresh, ambient, and frozen quality products to a variety of customers including manufacturers, schools and hospitality to name a few. Our Credit Management team are seeking an individual with strong communication and administration skills to join our friendly team on a full-time permanent basis as Credit Administrator. Please note that relocation to Hallotrow will be required from September 2024 for this role.

Daily Tasks:

The ideal candidate will have confidence speaking to customers over the phone, they will have great attention to detail to reconcile ledger accounts, take card payments and manage all credit accounts.

You will ideally have experience working in an administration role and delivering customer service however this is not essential and full training will be provided.

Working with numerous customers and colleagues the person will need to show great passion for excellent service to achieve our goal of helping our customers deliver an amazing experience.

Location of the position may change in the near future to High Littleton BS39 6EX. However, this will be discussed further at interview.

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday 8am-4pm

Requirements:

  • Experience of speaking confidently to customers
  • Experience in Customer Service (6 months minimum)
  • Experience in Office applications is preferred but not essential
  • Data Entry and administration experience is preferred but not essential

Experience:

  • Admin or accounts: 3-6 months (preferred)
  • Office environment: 3-6 months (preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
