Refund Policy


If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your products, please contact our customer service team by phone on 0330 333 4441 Option 2.

  • All damages / shortages must be reported within 24hrs from receipt of goods.
  • All other claims must be made within 2 working days (excludes damages / shortages)
  • Items must not be returned without prior authorisation and must be accompanied by a copy of the delivery note.
  • Returned goods must be stocked items, unused and in original packaging.
  • Please allow 5- 10 working days for Credits and Refunds to be processed.


Late or missing credits & refunds (if applicable) 
Home Delivery Customers

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@adavid.co.uk.
  • Please allow the above specified window to process your account credits. If the window has passed please email creditadmin@adavid.co.uk


Exchanges (if applicable) 

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@adavid.co.uk and send your item to: Arthur David, Food with Service Ltd, Hillside Farm, Sutton Wick, Bristol, BS39 5XR, United Kingdom.
