If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your products, please contact our customer service team by phone on 0330 333 4441 Option 2.
- All damages / shortages must be reported within 24hrs from receipt of goods.
- All other claims must be made within 2 working days (excludes damages / shortages)
- Items must not be returned without prior authorisation and must be accompanied by a copy of the delivery note.
- Returned goods must be stocked items, unused and in original packaging.
- Please allow 5- 10 working days for Credits and Refunds to be processed.
Late or missing credits & refunds (if applicable)
Home Delivery Customers
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
