Be it thick white sliced to sandwich fish goujons and lashings of tartare or the sauces and syrups, pistoles and pastry you need to create the perfect dessert, speciality breads or ready to bake basics, we want you to have all you ‘knead’ (sorry!) – leave it with us.
We have been working with our two main suppliers of breads for over 10 years. This is because our ethos and approach is mirrored by both incredible companies. We receive fresh, artisan bread and Sourdough from Hobbs House Bakery based in the Cotswolds. Hobbs House recently celebrated 100 years of baking and still use many of the same processes that were taught to their founders. Still made by hand by skilled bakers, you can not only see the difference, you can taste it.
Likewise Margate based Speciality Breads pride themselves on the simplicity of bringing together traditional baking techniques and ingredients with modern food trends. They only use the best raw, carefully sourced ingredients, flour from family millers and local rapeseed oil. Speciality Breads allow us to offer frozen breads that tastes just as good fresh.
