Yesterday was Earth Day🌍
At Arthur David, we care a lot about our sustainability and are constantly thinking of new ways to improve!
A couple of things that we currently do for the environment include:
•Giving our surplus pumpkins to @raviolliepasta , who have made 400 portions of Ravioli filling from our pumpkins alone which have then been distributed to vulnerable homes.
•We have stopped using cardboard boxes and now only use reusable plastic trays for our deliveries, this has reduced cardboard waste by 500 tones.
We attended two Earth Day Events yesterday, one with @inside_atkinsrealis and the other with @pasture_bristol 💙
At both of these events, we enjoyed talking to people about what we do as a company for the environment, as well as any future plans that we have to make us even more sustainable!
It was also great to hear from other businesses and find out what they do differently, and it’s refreshing to have talked about something which often goes unmentioned👏

Last week, we supported Natalie with her Charity Raffle at @gloucestershire_cricket , with all money to go to Southmead Hospital💙
We provided her with a fine-foods hamper to include as one of the raffle prizes, and in total she managed to raise £845!
Natalie is also running the London Marathon this year for the same charity, good luck and we`re glad we could be a part of your fundraising journey😊

On Saturday, we helped out with Tour De Bristol 2025, a charity event organised by @stpetershospice 🚲
This is the second year we have helped out by providing food and drink stops for the cyclists, and we`re already excited for next year!
All of the riders could choose from three different routes, 40km, 65km and 100km which all go through the beautiful Gloucestershire countryside☀
A massive congratulations to everybody who took part in the bike ride on Saturday, all of the money you helped to raise will support patients going through dark times💙
