3 ways to place an order
Great customer service is at the heart of our business. Our Customer Excellence team are here to make your ordering process quick and easy.
1. By Phone
If you would like to place your order over the phone then please contact out Customer Excellence Team on 0330 333 4441 (Ext 1) who will be happy to help. Orders will only be processed between 8am-10pm, Sunday – Friday, for next day delivery.
2. Pre-Order by Phone
You can leave your pre-order information outside of our working hours on 0330 333 4441 (Ext 1). This is a 24/7 call minder service, our Customer Service Excellence Team will then process your order and send you confirmation of delivery.
3. Order Online
Placing your order online is fast and very straight forward and you can do it at a time that suits you. To begin you will need an online account. Once you are set up for online ordering, you will be able to access your account and start adding items to your order. Our online shop provides you with access to thousands of specially selected products along with the ability to view stock availability.

For the majority of products you must order by 10pm for next day delivery.

Yes. In order to maintain your account and secure your deliveries with us you will need a minimum order value of £30 per delivery and £1000 per month spend.
Yes you can. Call our Customer Excellence team and they will be able to discuss your options. Don’t panic, we are here to help!
Our passion is to help you deliver an amazing food experience, just like we have for our existing customers. If you would like to become a customer then follow our 3 simple steps.
1. Complete our online form
Simply visit our ‘Become a Customer’ page and complete our online form.
2. Set up your account
Once you submit your details. Your Account Manager will contact you to discuss your requirements and will submit your account registration to our New Accounts Team. Your account will be activated within 48 hours and a member of our New Accounts Team will contact you with your unique account number and a reminder on how to place an order.
3. Place an order!
Once your account is set up you can either shop with us online or through our Customer Excellence team.
Please call our Customer Excellence team and they will put you through to our technical department who can provide you with the nutritional and allergen information for the products you require.
You can order ‘non stock’ items in exactly the same way you would items we frequently hold.
However, we ask that a minimum of 48hours notice is required to avoid any issues.
If you wish to change your delivery address please ensure that you inform us by calling our Customer Excellence Team by 11am the day before you require delivery.
