Purple Cauliflower
As well as looking impressive & beautiful, the flavour of purple cauliflower is mildly sweeter, with a touch of nuttiness that becomes more pronounced when roasted.
Gem Squash
Gem squash is around the size of a cricket ball with dark green skin. It is a very heavy cropper and is very early to mature with a good flavour. This squash has a high sugar content so caramelises beautifully when pan fried.
Coco de Paimpol
The taste is anything but rustic, except from a slight hint of chestnut. The delicate flavour and melt-in-your-mouth texture of these beans make them the perfect addition to any number of pairings! Up to you to find your favourite!
Kabocha Squash
Kabocha squash has a sweet, nutty, and earthy flavour with hints of chestnut. Some say it tastes like a cross between a pumpkin and a sweet potato. The inside is a vibrant orange colour with a dense and creamy texture.
Celina Pears
Celina pears are sweet, juicy, and have a smooth, soft flesh. They have a medium to very sweet flavour profile and a distinct pear aroma.
Crown Prince Squash
A nutty, honey-like depth and smooth, pudding-like flesh make it a superb choice for roasting. One of the most long-storing of all squashes, it can be kept for 3 – 6 months if stored in a cool and dark place with good air circulation.
