We had the absolute pleasure of visiting Nature’s Pantry, and it was very apparent on arrival that the shop is celebrated for its commitment to freshness, offering seasonal fruits and vegetables from nearby farms and trusted suppliers. Craig (account manager) has made some amazing changes for us, ensuring our prices are competitive and giving us someone we can rely on who communicates regularly and makes us feel valued. Your Customer Service is great, nothing is ever too much trouble. If someone tells you they’ll call you back, they do, and everyone I have spoken to at Arthur David is so lovely & cheerful. And Alan, our driver, is absolutely brilliant. He delivers & stacks our produce perfectly, communicates if he’s running late, I cannot fault him.”
