Cobrey Farms produce the finest English grown Asparagus; amongst other seasonal products such as Rhubarb, Blueberries and Fine Beans. They believe that consistency and attention to detail are key to their hugely successful crops – they can trace every sprout back to the field it grew in, what it was fed and who’s hands harvested it. They are best known for having the first Asparagus of the season – a gift on any menu.
As a family run, and second generation business ourselves we understand the love and dedication it takes from the whole family to keep the wheels turning. Warren’s Fruit Farm enjoys three generations of the founding family working side by side as they produce their juicy and flavourful strawberries year round. We are pleased to receive deliveries daily from them of fruits picked just that morning thanks to us being practically neighbours in Somerset.

Romanesco
Beautiful lime green Romanesco is somewhere between broccoli and cauliflower in flavour and you can generally substitute it for either. It has a nuttier, sweeter edge and is rich in fibre, vitamin C and antioxidants. Best paired with strong flavours, including Olives, Anchovies, Paprika, Mustard, Capers and boldly flavoured cheeses.

Be it thick white sliced to sandwich fish goujons and lashings of tartare or the sauces and syrups, pistoles and pastry you need to create the perfect dessert, speciality breads or ready to bake basics, we want you to have all you ‘knead’ (sorry!) – leave it with us.
We have been working with our two main suppliers of breads for over 10 years. This is because our ethos and approach is mirrored by both incredible companies. We receive fresh, artisan bread and Sourdough from Hobbs House Bakery based in the Cotswolds. Hobbs House recently celebrated 100 years of baking and still use many of the same processes that were taught to their founders. Still made by hand by skilled bakers, you can not only see the difference, you can taste it.
Likewise Margate based Speciality Breads pride themselves on the simplicity of bringing together traditional baking techniques and ingredients with modern food trends. They only use the best raw, carefully sourced ingredients, flour from family millers and local rapeseed oil. Speciality Breads allow us to offer frozen breads that tastes just as good fresh.

We have been working with Bay Tree for over 5 years. Based in beautiful Devon they set out to create highend, tasty relishes, chutneys and jams – packed full of flavour. They are yet another business built on family legacy and an inherited love of cooking and feeding. They even developed a bespoke and limited edition selection for Arthur David in 2018.
Essential Cuisine is another favourite of our suppliers due to their incredible products paired with their grounded advice and guidance for chefs – they are the perfect blend of form and function. They are a company built by chefs, for chefs. Providing the best knowledge and recipe information for any level, making them perfect across our diverse customer base from Healthcare to Fine Dining and everything in between.

Our love of cold meats, smoked fish and antipasti keeps us constantly refreshing and topping up our deli options. Whether its ready to eat or ready to prep’ we’ve sourced deli items from the far flung farms of Europe and deepest, darkest Dorset, all to compliment your menus – leave it with us.
Award winning supplier of smoked and cured meats, Taste of the Lakes, incredibly still uses many Saxon traditions for smoking products. They source as many ingredients within a 30 mile radius of their production site as is possible and take such pride in their products and their service that we consider them a truly choice partner.
While some of our partners draw on practises of the past in the UK others brought their techniques with them from the continent. The Real Olive Company became our primary olive supplier in 2020 when our partnership blossomed over 100% recyclable packaging, their proximity to us in Bristol and of course the passion with which they produce the finest olives, bursting with mediterranean sunshine!

From the deep dark caves ageing some of our Cheddars to the mythical mountain goats producing speciality butters we have scoured the country to bring you a range of both everyday and uniquely interesting cheeses and fine dairy. So whether you need creme fraiche or kafir, mozzarella or lactose free – leave it with us.
Proximity is a benefit but we wouldn’t buy from a neighbour if we didn’t think they were the cream of the crop when it comes to their produce. And Lye Cross is just that. That’s why we have been partnering with them for over 10 years and purchase all of our Block Cheese exclusively from them. Deep flavours, consistency of produce and local – what more could we ask for?
Our family ethos is aligned with many of our suppliers and White Lake are anoher third generation farm producing the finest Goat, Cow and Sheep Cheeses in the UK. Don’t take our word for it – they win awards for their cheeses, time and time again. Their rich creamy textures don’t travel far either ensuring our food miles are kept as low as possible, once again.
