Blue Raff Tomatoes
Blue Raff tomatoes mature from the inside out and are edible raw or cooked. The sugar levels in the tomatoes contribute to a sweet taste combined with balanced acidity to create a savoury, sweet, fruity, and tangy flavour.
Wye Valley Asparagus
Wye Valley stands out as a beacon of asparagus excellence. This family-grown brand embodies the essence of asparagus, boasting a wonderful nutty flavour and tender texture.
Pineapple Tomatoes
Pineapple tomatoes have a strong tomato aroma, low acidity, and a primarily sweet, mild, and fruity flavour with a touch of citrus tang.
Crosnes
Crosnes have a crunchy texture and earthy flavour, similar to a Jerusalem artichoke in taste. Crosnes offer a vague, nutty sweetness and juiciness.
Girolles
Their flavour is deeply earthy with a mild peppery kick, complemented by subtle apricot-like notes that add a delicate sweetness. The texture is firm yet tender, offering a slight chewiness that holds up well to various cooking methods.
Kumquats
