Yukon Gold Potatoes
Yukon gold potatoes have a rich, buttery, and earthy flavour with a hint of sweetness. They are known for their smooth, creamy consistency and nutty taste.
Baby Striped Aubergines
White purple striped Baby Round Aubergines are a versatile eggplant variety. They boast a mild, slightly sweet flavour and a soft, creamy texture, making them perfect for roasting, grilling, or stewing.
White Ghost Courgettes
Their mild, sweet flavour makes White Courgettes suitable for both raw and cooked applications. They can be sliced thinly and added to salads, sautéed or grilled as a side dish, or incorporated into stir-fries and pasta dishes.
Castel Franco
It is also known as the edible rose or edible flower, and has a yellowish-cream leaf with red-speckles. One of the mildest of the radicchio varieties with taste which varies from slightly sweet to agreeably bitter. This radicchio is wonderful served raw in unique salads and appetizers.
Medjool Dates
Medjool dates have a sweet, caramel-like flavour with hints of vanilla. They are a popular variety of date that are larger, darker, and chewier than other types of dates
Trompette Mushrooms
This horn-shaped mushroom is part of the Chanterelle family and its colour varies from grey to light beige with a velvety-like surface. Their flavour is a lot like cep mushrooms with a little hint of hazelnut, and are best when sautéed in small batches in a hot pan with olive and finishing with a touch of butter.
