Pea, Bacon & Halloumi Salad
Diverse flavours, combining to make a delicious, summery salad!

Preparation time

Ingredients:
- 250g fresh peas
- 6 slices of smoked bacon
- 3/4 red onion, slices
- 150g halloumi
- salt & pepper
- 5 cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- sprinkle of paprika & parsley
Method:
- Using a large frying pan, fry all of the smoked bacon until crispy, and fry the halloumi until it becomes golden brown. Cut both into small pieces and put aside.
- In a bowl, combine the fresh peas, res onion, salt and pepper, cherry tomatoes, white vinegar, mayonnaise, paprika & parsley. then add in your halloumi and bacon and mix everything together until it’s all evenly spread out.
- Serve as a side salad or as a light-main, summery dish!
