Roasted Spicy Okra
A healthy side dish with a spicy kick to it!

Ingredients:
- 400g Okra
- 2 Tsps Chilli Flakes
- 1 Tsp Salt Flakes
- 1 Jalapeno
- 3 Tbsps Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 Tbsps Flour
- 1/4 Red Pepper
Method:
- Firstly, heat up your oven to 200 degrees, and line a oven safe tin/tray with baking paper/foil.
- Next, wash your okra, pepper and jalapeno. Cut the Okra into inch long slices, dice the pepper and jalapeno.
- Take a bowl and add all of your dry ingredients, mix well to ensure they are evenly distributed.
- Put in your cut okra, pepper and jalapeno, as well as the oil. Mix together well until all they are completely coated in your seasoning.
- Roast in oven for around 20 minutes, serve immediately as the perfect, spicy side dish to any main!
