UK Mixed Squash
Can’t choose which squash you want? Try them all! Celebration, Butternut, Kabocha, Gem squash, they’re all in here! A delicious, versatile variety, and it’s all UK produce!
Aubergines (Long Purple)
Our long, purple Aubergines have a juicy texture and a delicious, subtle sweet taste that goes brilliantly with so many dish combinations!
Muscat Pumpkin
These round, ribbed squashes taste very close to a butternut! They’re nutty & spicy, and are great to stuff and use as a centrepiece! Or, create a hearty pumpkin soup, alongside some crispy bread for a delicious autumnal dish.
Crown Prince Squash
They have a pale white skin, but a very bright orange flesh. They are one of the most long-storing squashes available and are great in a risotto. They have a mild-nutty taste.
Westlands Sea Rosemary
Mildly bitter, with a slight acidic & salty taste. It’s great to include on skewers with various meats and veggies, the taste is strong and is noticeable throughout any dish.
Girolles
Girolle Mushrooms are earthy with a peppery kick to them, they can also be described as having a mild fruity flavour similar to apricots. They can be included in a variety of dishes and are a very popular mushroom!
